You may choose to directly exchange an unworn, undamaged item for one of equal or lesser value at no additional cost to you. Item must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.*
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to return your new jewelry back to you.

All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.*
If you choose to return an item, $6.00 will be held from your refund to cover the initial shipping and restocking.

You will be expected to pay for shipping upon return unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. Please ship all items through USPS.
