We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should there be an issue, please refer to our return and exchange policies below, and fill out the form to initiate the return/exchange request process.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may choose to directly exchange an unworn, undamaged item for one of equal or lesser value at no additional cost to you. Item must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.*

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to return your new jewelry back to you.

*International Orders cannot be returned or exchanged

RETURN POLICY

All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.*

If you choose to return an item, $6.00 will be held from your refund to cover the initial shipping and restocking.

Please allow up to up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded once your package arrives at our warehouse.

*International Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be expected to pay for shipping upon return unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. Please ship all items through USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue an exchange or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for missing packages.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original packaging, completed return form and send to:
