We offer free shipping for all US orders over $75. For most orders under $75, standard US shipping is $6 per package. Every order is shipped via USPS and can take 2-5 business days once shipped to arrive domestically and 14 days internationally. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order online. We are not responsible for unreceived shipments if the customer listed the wrong address.
International orders use flat rates determined by weight. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Landmine Design. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should there be an issue, please refer to our return and exchange policies below, and click the button to initiate the return/exchange request process.
You may choose to directly exchange an unworn, undamaged item for one of equal or lesser value at no additional cost to you. Item must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.*
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to return your new jewelry back to you.

All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.*
If you choose to return an item, $6.00 will be held from your refund to cover the initial shipping and restocking.
Please allow up to up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded once your package arrives at our warehouse.

You will be expected to pay for shipping upon return unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. Please ship all items through USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue an exchange or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand if you’ve changed your mind. If you need to cancel an order just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once it has been over 24 hours we consider your order to be in production, and it cannot be cancelled at this point.
